Course Cancellation Policy
All course refund requests must be submitted in writing to Erin Stephens
via fax at 202.318.9179 or email to
estephens@sior.com. All refunds will be returned via the same method
of payment according to the refund deadlines listed below. Please note
the key refund deadlines below. Refunds will
not be granted for "No Shows."
Key Refund Deadlines:
- In Full: through
February 10, 2012 (less a $100 fee)
- 50% refundable:
February 11 – 27, 2012 (less a $100 fee)
- No refunds: After
February 27 or for “No Shows.”
Transferring Registrations
If a course registrant cancels his or her registration and transfers
that registration to another designation course offered
in the same calendar year, the registrant will be charged a $100
fee. A course registration can only be transferred one time and
any future cancellations will be subject to the standard refund
deadlines outlined above.

$139 single/double
All guest rooms are subject to tax and tourism fee, currently 12%.
The group room rate can only be guaranteed until February 10, 2012 or
until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Hotel
reservations at the group rate will be processed in the order in which
they are received; rooms are limited so register early.
