BOMA Energy Efficiency Program (BEEP) - The BEEP program, in partnership with the U.S. EPA Energy Star program offers cutting-edge energy saving solutions through a series of web-assisted audio seminars. SIOR members are able to take advantage of the BOMA International web seminars at a special rate of $99 due to grant funding provided by the SIOR Foundation. FIABCI USA - SIOR is a principle member of FIABCI - The International Real Estate Federation. SIOR members receive discounted registration for the FIABI World Congresses.

RealComm - RealComm is an annual event that highlights how technology can solve commercial real estate problems and improve the products and results delivered by service providers, owners, and corporate users. SIOR members receive discounted registration for the annual RealComm conference.

Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center - The Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, through a grant from the SIOR Foundation, provides research on real estate information trends. Click here to view research study reports.

Appraisal Institute - The Appraisal Institute is a global membership association of professional real estate appraisers, offering the MAI, SRPA, and SRA designations.

BOMA International - The Building Owners and Managers and Association (BOMA) International is a primary source of information on building development, leasing, operating costs, energy consumption patterns, local and national building codes, legislation, occupancy statistics, and technological developments.

CCIM Institute - The CCIM Institute confers the CCIM designation and is an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR).

CoreNet Global - CoreNet Global is a professional association for corporate real estate and workplace executives providing the Masters in Commercial Real Estate (MCR) designation for real estate practitioners world-wide.

CRE: The Counselors of Real Estate - The Counselors of Real Estate is a membership organization established exclusively for real estate advisors who provide trusted advice for a client and confers the Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) designation.

IREM - The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) is a professional real estate organization serving both the multi-family and commercial real estate sectors and serves as an advocate on issues affecting the real estate profession. IREM has several credentialed membership programs, including the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.

NAIOP - The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) is a trade association for investors, owners, developers, asset managers, and other professionals in industrial and office real estate.

NAREIT - The National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), is the representative voice for REITs and publicly traded real estate companies with an interest in US real estate and capital markets.

NAR - National Association of REALTORS (NAR)

RCA/Commercial Source - REALTORS Commercial Alliance (RCA), the commercial division of the National Association of REALTORS.

RLI - The REALTORS Land Institute is (RLI) dedicated to building knowledge, relationships and business for it's members - real estate professionals who broker, lease, develop, sell, and manage land.

SIOR Foundation - The SIOR Foundation's mission is to promote and support initiatives that expand, educate, and enrich the commercial real estate community.

RICS - The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is a global organization for professionals in property, land, construction, and environmental assets that qualifies members and guarantees standards all over the globe.

ULI - The Urban Land Institute (ULI) represents the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines, working in private enterprise and public service.

US Green Building Council - The US Green Building Council (USGBC) is a non-profit community of leaders working to make green buildings available to everyone within a generation. The USGBC confers LEED certification upon buildings and certifies professionals as LEED Accredited Professionals (LEED AP).
