Schedule of Events

The SIOR conference pattern has changed.
Primary conference activities will run from
Thursday afternoon through Saturday
afternoon. Pre-conference activities will
run from Tuesday through Thursday afternoon.

Spouse/Guest Registration
The spouse/guest registration category is
available to all spouses and guests (guest
is defined as “significant other”) of
registered attendees. Industry professionals
should register for the full conference
registration category. Unregistered
spouses/guests may attend the Opening
Cocktail Party and all optional events by
purchasing a ticket for each event. See
registration form for details.
Inclusions:
- Entrance to all conference
educational sessions
- Entrance to all food and beverage
functions
- Ticket for the Opening Cocktail
Party (Thursday, Oct. 26)
Cancellation Policies
Conference Registration
All refund requests must be submitted in
writing to Lindsey Hughes (lhughes@sior.com
or fax: 202.517.9151). All refunds will be
returned via the same method of payment.
Refunds will not be granted for "No Shows."
Key Refund Deadlines:
- By Oct. 19: Requests submitted by
Oct. 19 will be refunded, less a $100
processing fee.
- Between Oct. 20 - Oct. 25: Requests
submitted during this time period will
be subject to a 50% penalty.
- After Oct. 25: No refunds granted.
Optional Events
No refunds will be granted for "No Shows."
Cancellation policies for optional events
vary by event. Please refer to the
"Optional
Event" page for details.
Hotel
The Westin Charlotte Hotel cancellation
policy is at least 4 days prior to arrival;
otherwise, a fee of one night's room and tax
will be charged. Please do not contact the
hotel directly. All cancellations must be
submitted in writing to Kernysha Rowe (kernysha@cgxi.com
or fax: 202.517.9151) to avoid a penalty.
