Convention Registration & Hotel Reservations
Convention registration and hotel reservations are handled through SIOR Headquarters.  Need Help? Please contact Ramona Spencer at rspencer@sior.com or at 202.449.8218.

 

In order to have your name and photo included in the attendee list, you must register by Friday, April 4th.

 

Pre-registration will be available until Friday, April 11.  After Friday, April 11, registration will be available onsite only.

 

Hotel reservation requests, which must accompany convention registration, must be received by midnight, Eastern Time, Thursday, March 27th in order to guarantee the group discount rate.  Requests received after March 27th will be processed based on availability.

 

Cancellation Policies

Convention Registration
All convention refund requests must be submitted in writing to Ramona Spencer (rspencer@sior.com or fax: 202.517.9151). All refunds will be returned via the same method of payment. Refunds will not be granted for "No Shows."

Key Refund Deadlines:

• By Apr. 4: Requests submitted by April 4 will be refunded, less a $100 processing fee.

• Between Apr. 5 – 18: Requests submitted during this time period will be subject to a 50% penalty.

• After Apr. 18: No refunds granted.

Optional Events
No refunds will be granted for "No Shows." Cancellation policies for optional events vary by event. Please refer to the Optional Events page for details.
 

Hotel
Cancellations must be received in writing to Bill Harris (bharris@cgxi.com or fax: 202.517.9151) at least seven (7) days prior to arrival, otherwise your reservation is subject to one night's room and tax penalty. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Spouse/Guest Registration
The spouse/guest registration category is available to all spouses and guests (guest is defined as “significant other”) of registered attendees. Industry professionals should register for the full convention registration category. Unregistered spouses/guests may attend the Opening Cocktail Party and all optional events by purchasing a ticket for each event. 

Inclusions:

• Entrance to all convention educational sessions

• Entrance to all food and beverage functions

• Ticket for the Opening Cocktail Party (Thursday, April 24)
