Registration & Hotel Reservations
Policies
Conference Registration
All conference refund requests must be submitted in writing to Ramona Spencer (rspencer@sior.com
or fax: 202.517.9151). All refunds will be returned via the same method
of payment. Refunds will not be granted for "No Shows."
Key Refund Deadlines:

By October 3: Requests submitted by
October 3 will
be refunded, less a $100 processing fee.

Between Oct. 4 – 17: Requests submitted
during this time period will be subject to a 50% penalty, in
addition to a $100 processing fee.

After Oct. 17: No refunds granted.
Hotel
Cancellations must be received in writing to Bill Harris (bill@cgxi.com
or fax: 202.517.9151) at least seven (7) days prior to arrival,
otherwise your reservation is subject to one night's room and tax
penalty. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
Optional Events
No refunds will be granted for "No Shows." Cancellation policies for
optional events vary by event. Please refer to the
Optional Events page for details.
Outstanding Balances
Members
and non-members are required to settle all outstanding
SIOR invoices from SIOR Headquarters prior to receiving their
badges and registration materials on-site. Individuals with
outstanding balances are not allowed to participate in SIOR

International Registration
SIOR is offering a
50% discount off of Early Bird and Regular registration rates for all
International participants attending from outside the United States and
Canada. Registered International attendees will also receive
complimentary registration for their spouse/guest (guest is defined as
“significant other”) also traveling from outside the United States and
Canada.

Spouse/Guest Registration
The spouse/guest registration category is available to all spouses and
guests (guest is defined as “significant other”) of registered
attendees. Industry professionals should register for the full
conference registration category. Unregistered spouses/guests may attend
the Opening Cocktail Party and all optional events by purchasing a
ticket for each event.
