The number
of exhibitors is limited in order to maximize exhibitor/attendee
ratio. Whenever possible, food/refreshment breaks,
and networking are planned for the exhibit floor to further
increase exhibitor exposure.

One form must be completed for each attendee. Each 10x8 booth is granted two complimentary full registrations (Three complimentary registrations are granted for each 20x8 booth. Additional sponsor and/or exhibit booth personnel may register at the discounted full-access registration rate of US $475 (US $575 after 3/12).

Each
exhibitor is encouraged to donate a quality gift to be awarded
to SIOR conference attendees by way of a random drawing. Each
attendee will be a given a passport card with all participating
exhibitors listed. SIOR will promote the drawing and require
attendees to have their passport card stamped by each
participating exhibitor to qualify for the drawing.
The drawing occurs during the last event on the exhibit floor - the ever popular Bull n' Beer Reception. Winners must be present to win so this event always draws a crowd!
