Conference
registration and hotel reservations are handled through SIOR Headquarters.

In order to have your name and photo included in the attendee list, you must register by Friday, April 10th.
Cancellation Policies
Conference Registration
All conference refund requests must be submitted in writing to A. Renee Battle (rbattle@sior.com
or fax: 202.521.3952). All refunds will be returned
via the same method of payment. Refunds will not be granted for "No Shows."
Key Refund Deadlines:
· By April 3: Requests submitted by April 3 will be refunded, less a $150 processing fee.
· Between April 3 – 17: Requests submitted during this time period will be subject to a 50% penalty and $150 processing fee
· After April 17: No refunds granted.
Optional Events
No refunds will be granted for "No Shows." Cancellation policies for optional
events vary by event. Please refer to the
Optional Events
page for details.
Spouse/Guest Registration
The spouse/guest registration category is available to all spouses and guests
(guest is defined as “significant other”) of registered attendees. Industry
professionals should register for the full conference registration category.
Unregistered spouses/guests may attend the Opening Cocktail Party and all
optional events by purchasing a ticket for each event.
Includes Spouse/Guest Registration:
· Entrance to all conference educational sessions
· Entrance to all food and beverage functions
· Ticket for the Opening Cocktail Party (Thursday, April 30)
