Discounted airfares have been negotiated with two airlines into Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI), Reagan Washington National (DCA), and Washington Dulles International (IAD) Airports. The airlines do permit you to fly into and out of different airports; however, the closest major airport to the hotel is Baltimore/Washington International. Valet parking at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront costs $28.00 for overnight stay with in and out privileges. Hotel self-parking is available for $20.00 for overnight stay with in and out privileges.

Taxi Service
The taxi stand at Baltimore/Washington International Airport is located just outside of the baggage claim area on the lower level of the BWI Airport Terminal.  Approximate one-way fare to the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront is $20 for a 15-20 min. cab-ride depending on traffic.  For more information on taxi service, click here or call 410-859-1100.  Taxi service is also available at Reagan Washington National and Washington Dulles.

Limo Service

Shuttles
SuperShuttle provides transport from the BWI Airport to the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront for approximately $11 per person.  Reservations can be made by calling (800) BLUE-VAN (258-3826), but are not required.  No service from Washington Dulles or Reagan Washington National to Baltimore Marriott Waterfront.

The average daily high temperatures range from 59 to 63 degrees Fahrenheit. The average low temperatures range from 39 to 42 degrees Fahrenheit. Average rainfall for the month of November in the Baltimore area is 3.45 inches. Of course, weather can be unpredictable, so pack accordingly.

Dress

Recommended dress for the SIOR Fall Professional Conference is business casual. However, session speakers are asked to dress in traditional business attire.
