Ethics Training for SIOR Designees
3:00pm - 6:00pm
As a member
of SIOR, you are held accountable to a higher than industry
ethical standard. Do you know what constitutes a
violation of SIOR's Code of Ethical Principles and
Standards of Professional Practice? This
class will define your responsibilities under the Code.
Any member who has not completed the mandatory ethics training
can attend this session (a module of SIOR Course 200) and
fulfill the requirement to maintain his/her SIOR designation. The training is approved for
continuing education in many states and also fulfills the NAR ethics education requirement. Space is limited.

Wednesday, November 3
Golf
9:00am - 4:00pm
The SIOR host chapter has organized golf
at their course of choice,
Waverly Woods Golf Club,
30 minutes outside of Baltimore. Designed by world-renowned
golf course
architect Arthur Hills, Waverly Woods opened to rave reviews
for its conditioning, layout and
beauty. The course is strategic and challenging, but most of
all really fun to play. Clubs can be rented at the course
for $40, rental shoes are
not available. Space is limited so reserve your slot early!
Price: US$95
(includes green fees, cart fees, range balls
and deluxe round trip transportation. Price does NOT include
lunch or beverages.
A beverage cart will be available during
play to purchase food and beverages.)

Women’s
Networking Dinner
7:00pm – 10:00pm
Female
members and candidates are invited to join in on
a networking dinner at EurAsian Harbor, one of Baltimore’s
hottest restaurants. This is not a pre-paid event; the
meal bill will be split equally among participants at the
conclusion of the meal. Please RSVP via your conference
registration form in order for reservations to be made on
your behalf. Visit

Opening Cocktail Reception - Extra Ticket

Friday, November 5
Charm City Dine Around
7:30pm - 10:30pm

This optional dining outing will consist of small groups of
conference attendees (6-12 people) and local host chapter
members. This is a perfect opportunity for networking
in a relaxed setting, while enjoying one of the popular
dining spots in the area. Most of the restaurants will
be within walking distance to the hotel in Baltimore's
popular Inner Harbor district. Host chapter members Jean
Wirsching, SIOR and Rosellen Fleishman, SIOR are selecting
the restaurants which will be listed on the conference
website in September. This is not a pre-registration or
pre-paid event. The meal bill will be split equally among
participants at the conclusion of the meal. Sign-up for the
dine around on-site at the Chapter Welcoming Table near the
Registration Desk.

Fun Shoot
Training Clinic:

Fun Shoot: 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Beretta Gallery is
proud to host the Fall 2004 Fun Shoot and Training Clinic at
the exclusive gun club,
Pintail Point.
Johnny Cantu and his team of expert Beretta instructors will
lead this training clinic to help participants hone their
skills. Traditional SIOR Fun Shoot will be held on the
Sporting Clay Fields with a cocktail reception to follow.

Market has a sister location on the
waterfront. Join fellow
SIORs at
Nick’s Fish House on the Chesapeake Bay for
crab soup, chicken & ribs on the BBQ, salad, corn on the cob, dessert,
beer, wine & sodas…
and of course, jumbo crabs. Have
your mallet ready and prepare to get dirty. This is how the
locals do it! Nick’s Fish House is 1½ miles from the
Marriott. Rotating shuttle service available 7:00pm until
10:00pm. Live music performed dockside helps spice up the
night (weather permitting).
