Featuring Stuart Varney, Financial and Economic Journalist, TV Host
Everything has changed since September 11, 2001, with unprecedented changes in the economy, politics, and culture of America.  9/11 really is the "first day" of our future, with a new way of thinking about our existing and seemingly invincible institutions--including our economic institutions, our political system, and our cultural mores. It all adds up to a brand-new way of looking at these things, and the positive changes that have been brought about.

     Happy High Achievers
    Patrick O'Healy, SIOR

Significant research has focused on characteristics of high achievers. Three common characteristics have been identified—regardless of their field or walk of life. In addition, research has been focused on high achievers in the business community who report they are happy and content.

When 92 percent of the high achievers report they are not happy and content, that shakes our perception about what causes us to work so hard an to focus so thoroughly on achievement.  Although these numbers are daunting, there is a silver lining. If 92 percent are not happy and content, then eight percent are. Do the eight percent have anything in common, and could we integrate those attributes into our lives? The answer is yes. That is just one of the focuses of this session. What could be better than to be a happy high achiever? Join us and find out how and why.
