Convention & Hotel Registration
Convention and hotel
registration is handled through SIOR Headquarters. Register by
COB Friday, March 17 and save $50!

PLEASE NOTE:
Convention pattern has changed. Primary convention activities will
run from Thursday through Saturday afternoon. Please check the
schedule for specifics.

Spouse/Guest Registration
This package is available to all spouses and guests
(guest is defined as “significant other”) of registered attendees and
entitles them to attend all convention educational sessions, food and
beverage functions, and the Opening Cocktail Party on Thursday evening.
Unregistered spouses/guests may attend the Opening Cocktail Party and
all optional events by purchasing a ticket for each event. See
registration form for details.
Cancellation Policies
Convention Registration
All refund requests must be submitted to SIOR Headquarters in writing.
Refunds will be given to requests received by April 13th, less a $100
processing fee, and will be returned via the same method of payment
received. Cancellations received between April 14th - 20th will receive
a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after April 20th or for “No
Shows.”
Optional Events
No refunds will be granted for "No Shows." Cancellation policies for
optional events vary by event. Please refer to the "Optional
Event" page for details.
Hotel
The La Quinta Resort & Club cancellation policy is at least 7 days prior
to arrival; otherwise, a fee of one night's room and tax will be
charged. Please do not contact the hotel directly. All
cancellations must be submitted in writing to Luis Rimoli at
luis@cgxi.com to avoid cancellation
fees.
