In today's Copycat Economy, products are being commoditized, services are being imitated, and traditional barriers to market entry are collapsing. Markets are becoming more crowded with "me-too" players and products. In this environment, it's harder to differentiate yourself from competitors, it's harder to keep profit margins and customer loyalty up, and it's harder to grow market share and stock value. To sustain healthy growth and competitive advantage in today's Copycat Economy, you must break from the pack.

Keynote Speaker: James Bradley

SIOR and ProLogis are pleased to announce the “ProLogis Speaker Series", an ongoing series to bring exciting and inspirational keynote speak
ers to this and future SIOR conventions. The first in the series features James Bradley.  Mr. Bradley is the son of Iwo Jima flag raiser John Bradley. James launched himself on a quest after his father’s death to find out about his father and the lives of the other flag raisers.  The result was The New York Times #1 bestseller Flags of Our Fathers; the story of uncommon courage and the capacity to attempt, and achieve, the impossible.

Based on the vast research into the Pacific War gathered for his novel, James addresses the mindset it takes to win in combat, in business and in life. Bradley cites examples of challenges that experts deemed "impossible" and dramatically illustrates how ordinary people did the impossible by thinking outside the box. Bradley's thrilling presentation will challenge your audience to move beyond the "impossibilities" in their own lives.
