Conference Registration & Hotel Reservations
Conference registration and hotel reservations are handled through SIOR Headquarters.

Please note that hotel room rates are still being finalized and will be posted shortly.

In order to have your name and photo included in the attendee list,

you must register by April 20th.

Cancellation Policies

Conference Registration
All conference refund requests must be submitted in writing to A. Renee Battle (rbattle@sior.com or fax: 202.521.3952). All refunds will be returned via the same method of payment. Refunds will not be granted for "No Shows."

Important Deadlines

MISC DEADLINE DATES

April 6th: Early Bird ends! Register before April 6th to save $100!

April 20th: Register by April 20th to have your name included in the Attendee Program Book.

Aptil 20th: Optional Events Registration Deadline

CANCELLATION DEADLINE DATES

April 6th: Refunds granted up to April 6th (less a $100 cancellation fee)

April 6-20th: Registration is 50% refundable (less $100 cancellation fee)

April 20th: No refunds will be offered after; or for "no shows"

Spouse/Guest Registration
The spouse/guest registration category is available to all spouses and guests (guest is defined as “significant other”) of registered attendees. Industry professionals should register for the full conference registration category. Unregistered spouses/guests may attend the Opening Cocktail Party and all optional events by purchasing a ticket for each event.

Includes Spouse/Guest Registration:

· Entrance to all conference educational sessions

· Entrance to all food and beverage functions

· Ticket for the Opening Cocktail Party
