Registration
The guest registration
category is available to all spouses and guests of registered attendees. Industry professionals
should register for the full conference registration category.
Guest registered may not be used for co-workers or industry peers. Unregistered guests may attend the Opening Cocktail Party and
all optional events by purchasing a ticket for each event. See

Cancellation Policies
Conference Registration
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Jessica Tully (jtully@sior.com
or fax: 202.517.9151). All refunds will be returned via the same method
of payment. Refunds will not be granted for "No Shows."
Key Refund Deadlines:

By Nov. 2: Requests submitted by Nov.
2 will be refunded, less a $100 processing fee.

Between Nov. 3 - 7: Requests
submitted during this time period will be subject to a 50% penalty.

After Nov. 7: No refunds granted.
Optional Events
No refunds will be granted for "No Shows." Cancellation policies for
optional events vary by event. Please refer to the
Optional Event page
for details.
Hotel
The Renaissance Grand St. Louis cancellation policy is at least 4 days
prior to arrival; otherwise, a fee of one night's room and tax will be
charged. Please do not contact the hotel directly. All cancellations
must be submitted in writing to Trey Grellia (housing@cgxi.com
or fax: 202.517.9151) to avoid a penalty.
